The technical indicators of the product shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

Table 1 Technical Indicators

Item Index Test Method
Appearance Colorless or light yellow liquid Visual
Density (20℃, g/cm3) 0.950~1.150 GB/T 1884
Pour Point, ℃ -15 GB/T510
Amine Value KOH, mg/g ≥100 4.4
Solubility Miscible with water 4.5

4 Test Methods

4.1 Appearance

Visual inspection

4.2 Density Determination

Perform according to the relevant content of GB/T 1884.

4.3 Pour Point

Determine according to GB/T 510.

4.4 Amine Value

4.4.1 Preparation of Standard Solution

Prepare perchloric acid standard solution according to GB/T 601.

Indicator: 0.5g/1 methyl violet; Standard solution: 0.1mol/1 perchloric acid standard solution (Note: During titration, ensure the room temperature is above 20℃, otherwise the standard solution is prone to crystallization.)

4.4.2 Test Method

Accurately weigh 0.1~10g of TRD-1 grease inhibitor sample, place it in a 250ml Erlenmeyer flask, add about 25ml of glacial acetic acid-benzene solvent (ratio 2:1), shake until completely dissolved, add 3~4 drops of methyl violet indicator, and titrate with the prepared perchloric acid standard solution until the color changes from purple to pure blue. Calculate the amine value according to the following formula:

Where: 56.1---Constant (molecular weight of potassium hydroxide);

c---Concentration of perchloric acid standard solution, mol/L;

V---Volume of perchloric acid standard solution consumed, ml;

m---Mass of the sample (range 0.1g-10g), g.

4.5 Solubility

Prepare a 20g/L solution of the sample with water. If it is completely miscible with water, it is considered qualified.
