President's Message
Lin Hongxin, born in 1970, graduated from Tianjin Municipal Engineering School in 1991 and obtained an EMBA from Tianjin University in 2012. He is a Tianjin entrepreneur and a staunch advocate for green environmental protection. He currently serves as the President of Tianjin Environmental Governance Industry Association, Vice President of Tianjin Merchants United Association, and Standing Committee Member of Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce. He is the founder of Tianjin Ruide Sain Water Industry and Tianjin Redsun Group.
In 1991, Lin Hongxin was assigned to Tianjin Petrochemical Company, where he engaged in the engineering construction and management of roads and water supply and drainage. This marked the beginning of his career in engineering management, paving the way for his future endeavors in environmental protection investment, design, construction, and operation.
In 1996, he transferred to Tianjin Dagang District to work in urban management. Six years of urban management experience laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation for his future service in urban environmental protection and energy.
In 2002, responding to the government's call, he started his own business, successively establishing Tianjin Ruide Sain New Materials Company and Ruide Sain Water Industry Company. In 2012, he developed a smart water management solution, setting the direction for the future strategic development of the reorganized Redsun Group.
Lin Hongxin led his team to complete the country's first green zero-carbon circular economy demonstration project over 22 years. His philosophy is: Redsun people, no matter where they go, should minimize the cost of harmless treatment, reduction, and resource utilization of organic solid waste such as domestic sewage sludge and livestock manure in the region, achieving a zero-waste city; improve unused land into fertile soil and plant energy plants—Miscanthus—to achieve green mountains and clear waters; and use the harvested Miscanthus products to produce biomass fuel or biomass chemical raw materials to replace fossil energy and help the local area achieve carbon neutrality.
Lin Hongxin, with the business philosophy of "focus on innovation, win-win cooperation," adheres to the corporate tenet of "sincerely and meticulously creating value for partners" and fulfills the corporate mission of "striving to continuously improve and enhance the human living environment." In the future, Lin Hongxin will continue to lead all employees of Redsun Group to uphold innovation and strive for the cause of green environmental protection.
