Redsun's 10,000 'Green State No. 1' reeds are being planted early to beat the spring rush. Salt-alkali land will rise up to become a green screen.

Against the backdrop of developing new high-quality agricultural productivity based on local conditions, the polyploid giant reed 'Green Island No. 1' is promoting the leap from passive ecological restoration to active value creation in saline-alkali land governance through technological breakthroughs in 'adapting the species to the land'. Recently, Redsun New Energy Company, relying on its strong capabilities in the giant reed's full industrial chain technology, large-scale tissue culture, planting demonstration effects, and future industrial layout, has successfully reached cooperation agreements with multiple companies on ecological restoration and high-value utilization projects for saline-alkali land. The first batch of 50,000 giant reed seedlings were planted on 100 mu of land before the spring planting season.

Against the backdrop of developing new high-quality agricultural productivity based on local conditions, the polyploid giant reed 'Green Oasis No. 1' is promoting a leap from passive ecological restoration to active value creation in saline-alkali land governance through technological breakthroughs in 'adapting the species to the land'. Recently, Redsun New Energy Company, relying on its strong capabilities in the full industrial chain technology of giant reed, large-scale tissue culture capacity, planting demonstration benefits, and future industrial layout, successfully reached cooperation projects on ecological restoration and high-value utilization of saline-alkali land with several companies. The first batch of 50,000 giant reed seedlings were planted on a hundred acres of land before the spring planting season.

Giant reed tissue culture seedlings 'Green Oasis No. 1': plant height is about 20-30 centimeters, the root system is complete and strong, and the root ball is 4-6 centimeters. The plants have complete branches and leaves, and full color; there is no obvious mechanical damage, and they are easy to transport.

In this seedling supply, from tissue culture to seedling cultivation, the company strictly implements standardized management, and strictly screens the quality of the shipped goods to ensure that the survival rate of giant reed after planting reaches more than 95%. Redsun New Energy relies on its independently researched and developed salt-tolerant energy plants—polyploid giant reed 'Green Oasis No. 1', breaking through the growth limits of traditional agricultural and forestry crops. It can survive in soil with 0.8% salt content and has the advantage of continuous growth for 20 years after a single planting. Coupled with independently developed soil conditioners and intelligent irrigation systems, through ecological improvement of 'using grass to cultivate land', the blueprint of transforming saline-alkali land into a green screen has become a reality.

This project is not only a good start for the ecological restoration and high-value utilization of saline-alkali land, but also an example of the joint efforts of multiple parties and strong alliances, marking a new stage of large-scale expansion in Redsun New Energy's giant reed industrial layout.

Planting density: 500-510 'Green Oasis No. 1' giant reed plants per mu. The planting density this time is customized according to local light, soil fertility, and other conditions, ensuring that the giant reed has sufficient growth space while making full use of water and fertilizer resources.

Planting points: Pre-planting training is demonstrated by technicians in person. Locate on flat ground, dig planting pits, dig about 10-15 centimeters deep, with moderate width. Carefully place the giant reed seedlings in the pit, straighten them, fill the soil, compact it, prevent the roots from being exposed, and avoid damage. After planting, water thoroughly to set the roots.

Field management: Post-planting maintenance is crucial. Before planting, lay out irrigation facilities and ground film. Technicians will regularly guide operations, including watering, fertilization, and weeding. At the same time, closely monitor the growth of the giant reed to ensure its vigorous growth.
