On the morning of June 18, Liu Wei, Director of the Ninghe District Water Resources Bureau, and Mo Shuyin, Deputy Director, led a team to visit Redsun Group to conduct a field investigation on sewage and sludge treatment projects, and held an exchange meeting on sludge treatment safety and resource utilization. Shi Jing, Vice President of the Group, Sun Jiwen, Minister of the Water Industry Business Department, and other relevant responsible persons accompanied the visit.

On the morning of June 18, Liu Wei, Director of the Ninghe District Water Resources Bureau, and Mo Shuying, Deputy Director, led a team to visit Redsun Group to conduct a field investigation of wastewater and sludge treatment projects and hold an exchange meeting on sludge treatment safety and resource utilization. Shi Jing, Vice President of the Group, Sun Jiwen, Minister of the Water Industry Department, and other relevant personnel were present to receive them.

The leaders went deep into the production front line, visiting the Dagang Huanke Upgraded and Expanded Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Redsun Regenerative Water Plant, the Saihong Sludge Treatment Center, and the Reed Planting Demonstration Base, and learned in detail about the operation and management of each project. During the visit, Director Liu Wei specifically inquired about the technical indicators of sludge treatment and resource utilization methods, and highly recognized Redsun's innovative concept of achieving "zero waste" through the synergistic utilization of wastewater and sludge.

During the exchange meeting, both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on core issues such as the city's sludge treatment methods, resource utilization effectiveness, and application prospects. Director Liu Wei pointed out in his speech that sludge treatment is closely related to ecological environmental safety and sustainable development. Strictly controlling safety risks in the sludge treatment process and effectively improving the efficiency of sludge resource utilization are crucial to building a strong safety barrier. He particularly affirmed Redsun's ecological practices of processing sludge treatment products into organic fertilizers and integrating them with soil improvement and reed planting. This model transforms sludge into high-quality organic fertilizer rich in humus and balanced nutrition to support large-scale reed planting and the development of biomass energy. This not only achieves the reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization of sludge, but also improves the overall return on sludge treatment through diversified channels such as fertilizer sales and reed biomass energy development. Subsequently, Deputy Director Mo Shuying stated that Redsun's green, zero-carbon circular economy closed-loop industry with synergistic effects of emission reduction and carbon reduction is worthy of promotion. She hoped to use this exchange as an opportunity to strengthen communication and cooperation and promote the development of Ninghe sludge treatment towards a more environmentally friendly, lower-carbon, and more sustainable direction.

This inspection and exchange activity not only deepened the mutual understanding between the Ninghe District Water Resources Bureau and Redsun Group, but also laid a solid foundation for cooperation between the two parties in the field of wastewater and sludge treatment.
