On May 17, the "Seminar on Sludge Treatment, Disposal and Low-Carbon Resource Transformation" was held in Dezhou City. The seminar, jointly organized by the Zhongguancun Water Cycle Utilization Technology Innovation Alliance and the Desalination Branch of the China Association for Industrial Energy Conservation and Cleaner Production, focused on the resource utilization of wastewater sludge. It brought together authoritative experts, enterprise representatives, and policy researchers from the industry to conduct in-depth discussions on core issues such as technological innovation, engineering practices, and market conditions, jointly exploring sustainable development paths to improve the industry's economic and environmental benefits.

At the seminar, Mr. Lin Hongxin, Chairman of Redsun Group, delivered a keynote report on "Low-Carbon Sludge Solutions." Using the Tianjin Saihong Sludge Harmlessness and Resource Utilization Center as a benchmark case, he shared innovative achievements in high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology. This technology not only achieves low-carbon and environmentally friendly regeneration of organic solid waste such as sludge and straw, but also, through the planting of energy plants such as the polyploid reed, transforms the nutrient soil produced during the disposal process into usable land resources. This innovative model breaks the high-energy consumption and high-pollution predicament of traditional solid waste treatment, opening up a new path for low-carbon transformation from "waste" to "ecological resources" and providing a practical model for the construction of zero-waste cities.

 

 

The seminar also gathered opinions from several companies, including Jingjin Equipment, Sinochem Environment, Tianjin Membrane Environmental Protection, and Motian Membrane Technology, providing references for strategic planning for industry development.
